Choose Your Manage the License Key File Procedure

There are three “flavors” of the Manage the License Key File procedure. Choose the one that corresponds to your environment’s installation framework.

• Manage the License Key File (Parcel)—For a Cloudera Manager-managed cluster, with a Parcel package for Pepperdata.

• Add the Pepperdata License (Cloud)—For installation in a Hadoop as a Service environment, such as Amazon EMR or Google Dataproc.

• Manage the License Key File (RPM/DEB)—For package manager installations on any Hadoop distro, with an RPM or DEB package for Pepperdata.
