Change Pepperdata User Between Root and Non-Root (Parcel)

To change the default Pepperdata user (PD_USER) from a root user (with root-level privileges) to a non-root user, or vice versa, after Pepperdata is already installed, you’ll need to uninstall Pepperdata and then reinstall Pepperdata with the appropriate custom service descriptor (CSD) jar file in the /opt/cloudera/csd directory.
