Before You Begin

Before you can use the Pepperdata dashboard for monitoring or troubleshooting your clusters, you must complete the Pepperdata installation and obtain access to the Pepperdata dashboard using a supported browser.

The Pepperdata dashboard conforms to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 level AA .

Ensure that you:

• Install and configure the Pepperdata software; see Installing Pepperdata.

• Confirm that you have a supported browser:
  • Microsoft® Edge®
  • Firefox®
  • Google Chrome
  • Safari®

  We support the latest version of these browsers, and generally versions up to six months old. Older versions and other browsers (except Microsoft® Internet Explorer®) might work, but have not been tested.

  Note: To access the Pepperdata dashboard, your browser must be enabled for TLS 1.2. The Pepperdata dashboard does not support TLS 1.0/1.1.
